1. Platform Nature & Coordination Scope
CareBridge India operates strictly as an informational discovery, medical coordination, and logistics facilitation service. CareBridge India is not a licensed hospital, healthcare clinic, or authorized medical provider. We facilitate communication between international prospective patients and licensed medical institutions in India.
2. Absence of Doctor-Patient Relationship
Browsing the CareBridge India website, submitting preliminary diagnostic reports, or receiving preliminary cost estimates does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship with CareBridge India or its staff. A formal clinical relationship is established only between the patient and the treating healthcare institution/licensed clinician following direct clinical evaluation.
3. Independent Clinical Judgment
All surgical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment pathways, and post-operative instructions are governed solely by the treating medical staff of the respective Indian hospital. CareBridge India does not direct, oversee, or assume liability for clinical decisions or surgical outcomes.
4. Accuracy of Information & Price Estimates
While CareBridge India takes every reasonable precaution to verify provider accreditations, specialties, and published package benchmarks, all quoted prices and stay durations are non-binding estimates. Final costs are determined by the treating hospital based on real-time diagnostic evaluation upon hospital admission.
